Terms of Service

Who you're agreeing with
- Believr is operated by Believr Sports ("we", "us"). These terms are a contract between you and Believr Sports. By creating an account or continuing to use Believr, you agree to these terms.
The service
- Believr provides sports scores, fan groups, predictions for fun (no money or prizes), a Prayer Wall, high school recruiting profiles and an optional paid membership, Believr Plus.
Your account
- You must be at least 13, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. Give accurate information, keep your password private, and you're responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Believr for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive; don't post spam, hateful or harassing content, or content you don't have rights to; don't try to break, probe, scrape or interfere with the service or upload malware.
- You keep ownership of what you post, and give us permission to host and show it on Believr to provide the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Our property
- Believr Sports owns the Believr app, software, design, name and logo. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use Believr. Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or get around its limits.
Believr Plus, payments and billing
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Believr Plus is $4.99 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Believr Plus page; you keep Plus until the end of the month you paid for.
- Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
No guarantees
- Believr is provided as is. Scores come from third-party feeds and may be delayed or wrong. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim implied warranties.
Liability
- To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, non-payment, or security or fraud risk. You can stop using Believr anytime and ask us to delete your account.

- We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA. Questions: whittbenton@gmail.com.
